Bed Breakfast Ross House

The owners made this lovely B&B feel like home right away. After our journey, the lady who welcomed us offered us a drink and was so warm and hospitable. The room was spacious and beautiful, with a very comfortable bed. It was summer and hot, but we slept really well. The bathroom was clean too, with tasteful modern decor. Comfort and the owners’ friendliness, helpfulness and hospitality all deserve top marks.

We spent two nights here over the August bank holiday and really enjoyed talking with the lady who runs the place. She was very kind, attentive and friendly. The rooms and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the B&B just outside Fermo has a lovely view over the Marche countryside. Highly recommended. One last tip: pay your bill, because she’s a former karate champion. ;)

We’ll be back at Ross House without hesitation. Rosella’s kindness and Ruben’s warm smile set the tone from the start, and there’s plenty of good humor and hospitality here. The B&B is tucked into the hills near Fermo, a beautiful medieval town just a few minutes away by car. The recently renovated property is enthusiastically welcoming, and the furnishings and cleanliness stand out right away. Our room and bathroom were tidy and clean, with every comfort. Breakfast had lots of variety: bread, jam, pastries, fruit, juices and coffee, better than at some hotels. Parking is right in front, and the price includes a 360° view of the Marche hills.
