The pool was extremely well maintained, and the setting in the Marche hills, with its enchanting scenery, is charming. The owners were kind and helpful, and we had a very good dinner at the on-site restaurant. I also liked that the pool is for the exclusive use of guests staying in the B&B rooms. My lower rating is really about the room, which I'm sorry to say brings the overall score down. It had a farmhouse style that I appreciate, but it was shabby, even though it was very clean. The air conditioning had been switched on before we arrived, with 33°C outside, but it made a lot of noise and didn't perform as the monitor indicated. We had a scorching night, and that ruined everything. The rooms need updating, and it's not just the air conditioning. When booking, guests should also be told about important events at the restaurant, so they can decide whether to stay on-site during them.

A nice agriturismo in a quiet spot, with a lovely garden. Lunch was good, and some of the dishes were unusual. You can tell they mean to cook something different from what you'd find at similar places. The price was fair for what we ordered. With a few small improvements here and there, I'd give it five stars.

Dinner was memorable, especially the suckling pig: cooked for four hours, incredibly tender, with crispy rind, and every bit as good as the Sardinian one. We came for a weekend at this B&B in Fermo on a friend's recommendation. The owners were very kind, as were the attentive staff looking after guests in different ways. Our room was beautiful, and the pool was excellent, with a sea view. It's inland, but only ten minutes from the sea. Congratulations!

There are nice outdoor spaces for reading and taking in the view, surrounded by greenery in a peaceful stretch of the Marche hills. It's only five minutes from Fermo. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were simple, very good, and plentiful. Highly recommended.
