The location made it easy to get around, just one street back from the main piazza. Everything was so clean and neatly organized, and the place felt comfortable, classy, and still homely. I loved the hotel and had a fantastic stay. I'll definitely book again when we return.

Umberto made us feel so welcome, and the palazzo itself felt almost like stepping into a fairy tale. The restoration blends old-world details with modern design and comforts in a really subtle way. Our time in Fermo at Palazzo Capparucci was lovely. It’s a special addition to the city’s heritage, and we’re grateful for the unforgettable memories.

We only had one evening here and wished we could have stayed longer, especially to spend more time talking with Umberto. We were upgraded when we arrived to a beautiful suite with panoramic sea views. The restored property has all the modern conveniences, and the village piazza is just a minute away on foot. We were given a permit to park outside, and there’s a lift for luggage. It’s a magical place. We wish the owner every success and hope to return.
