The room was spacious enough for a few nights, though it could use better upkeep. I really appreciated having a refrigerator in the room. The toilet looked nice and had a bidet, but the sink was very narrow and the shower room leaked a little. The pillows and mattress were very good, and I want to praise the cleaning ladies, who worked hard and were dedicated. There are signs around about saving water and electricity. After 11 pm, you can only get into the hotel with a card, and there’s no receptionist. There are rooms for disabled guests on the ground floor, with 23 rooms on each floor. Lots of stores are close by, and free parking is available. It’s a bit far from the town center.

I arrived in Ferrara by accident at 5am and booked this hotel because I just needed a break and some rest. Check-in was supposed to start at 12 noon, but the staff were incredibly helpful and got me a room at 9:30am. That helped me a lot.

The hotel itself is good and clean, but breakfast was very poor. With an hour and 15 minutes still left before breakfast ended, all the warm items were gone, and only a limited selection of cold food remained. The waitress said everything was finished. There’s a supermarket next door, so why not pick up a few more things?
