This clean, lovely family-run B&B is handy for tourists and people traveling for work alike. It's just a few steps from the train station, just outside Ravenna. The owners are friendly and incredibly helpful, and they'll lend guests bicycles. Breakfast is home-cooked, and the owner's stories about the city and its residents are fascinating. I'd sometimes stay up late just to hear more of her firsthand anecdotes. Highly recommended.

We stayed one night in July and another in August, and the place looked just like the pictures. It was clean, and the bathroom was brand new, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed. Breakfast was excellent. Mr. Dolcetti Sr. was a pleasure to talk with, very helpful, and even gave us a ride downtown.

The homemade desserts are delicious, and everything is spotless. They also do an exceptional job with bike storage and help. It's outside the city center, which is the one downside, but Raffaele more than makes up for it.

For a budget two-room hotel, it's very clean and the service is attentive. There's no reception, so you'll need to call when you arrive to check in.
