The hotel seems geared toward tour groups. It’s out on the outskirts, with nothing downstairs, no convenience stores or places to eat and drink. The building looks quite new, and the room was nice and clean by Italy’s standards. Breakfast was pretty basic, but acceptable for us.

I felt like a second-rate customer, and I’d rather stay farther from my client next time. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, but on arrival I learned the restaurant was closed for an event. I chose a hotel and paid extra for the convenience, and could have paid a quarter of the price for an AirBnB. They did email me four days after the booking, but I didn’t read it. Even if I had, I couldn’t have changed my flights because of the ticket type, or changed the dates for my client. Breakfast was always cold too.

The rooms are very comfortable, but the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. We stayed for two nights as a Turkish group of 45, and there were Asian groups there at the same time. The hotel clearly treated the groups differently at breakfast: the Asian group had more food options, such as croissants and juices, while our group got only one kind of cheese and croissants. They also gave Turkish guests paper cups for all hot drinks, while the other group had glasses and ceramic cups. The discrimination was very clear. Definitely not recommended for Turkish groups.

The rooms are clean and modern, as you’d expect from Hampton. It’s close to the motorway but not much else; the nearest supermarket is a 20-30 minute walk along the side of the road.
