Everything was cooked fresh to order, using local ingredients, including eggs from the chickens in the garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's not cheap, but every cent felt worth it.

The rooms were clean, but the grounds were dirty, messy, and still unfinished. Dinner was average, and they charged for everything. We can't understand how the place earned all those good reviews and badges by the entrance, because that wasn't our experience. The service was awful and unfriendly, with no real help at all. We spoke with one very friendly English-speaking woman and really hope she comes back. The hostesses working there now made the place feel like a disaster. Staff argued, spent all their time on the phone, and kept disappearing. It wasn't a language problem.

We had a very good dinner here, and the rooms were a good size. A nice place to stay in the Monti Sibillini area.
