Parc Hotel Miramonti

The restaurant team made a huge difference for our group of friends and family. We had a baby with us, and they offered to cook fresh meals for him each day, checking whether we wanted something warm prepared. They also marked the dishes we could eat since we avoid anything cooked with alcohol or pork. They were some of the kindest, most attentive, caring, and considerate staff I’ve met as a frequent traveler. We booked four rooms with wonderful mountain views. They were all on the same floor, which was great given how full the hotel was. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with nice bathrooms and showers. The lobby was roomy, welcoming, and well designed. We stayed on half board, with breakfast, dinner, and afternoon snacks. Breakfast had a delicious range of options, and dinner brought a different four-course menu each night. Portions were generous, so we often shared dishes because we’re not big eaters and didn’t want to waste food. It did get hot in the rooms. We’re used to air conditioning, and couldn’t sleep with the windows open because of mosquitoes and other insects. Fly screens or fans would help. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They made our stay special.

A few minutes from the ski area and about 30 minutes from Bolzano, the location worked perfectly for us. The views were beautiful, everything was clean, and the food was delicious. What really stood out was the service. Everyone, from reception and the servers to the cleaning staff, was friendly and incredibly helpful. I’d happily come back again and again. It was a dream stay.

Getting to the slopes took us just five minutes by car, and the location worked well. The food was great, with lots of choices. The rooms, hall, and wellness area were all extremely clean, and the wellness facilities had everything we needed.

The location was beautiful, though a bit far from town. Our spacious room was clean, and all the staff were lovely. We enjoyed the half board meals, but the wellness center was a letdown. Clothing was optional, which made us uncomfortable, and we didn’t use it. I wish we’d known that before booking. The hot tub wasn’t hot, and the pool was lukewarm.
