We had a brilliant week with 14 of us, including nine children aged 2-15. One of the best holidays we've had. There's a good range of food with something for everyone, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We're thinking of coming back for two weeks in the summer. The cabins are quite cramped, and parking is limited. Some nights we had to leave the car away from our cabin.

The location is perfect for exploring the region and its tourist highlights, and the staff are generally good. But the campsite is far too big for me. That means lots of restaurants and shops, though it all feels like too much. The swimming area felt unsafe. There weren't adequate lifeguards at the pool, so nobody seemed to be enforcing the rules. People had glasses in the pools, dogs were around, and in the early morning there was a queue of people reserving sunbeds with towels. Horrible!

The campsite, pools and accommodation were nice, but I wouldn't recommend it for families with small children. There was really loud music during the day and late into the night, so forget getting kids to sleep after lunch or before midnight. Noise like that after 10pm feels way over the line to me, and staff don't deal with complaints. Relaxing? Nope. Just screaming babies who couldn't sleep. We left earlier than we wanted and felt like we'd thrown our money out the window. 😡😡 Never again.

It's a beautiful place up a mountain, but taxis are really hard to get. If you're staying more than three nights, a car is essential.

We love hu Norcenni Girasole Village. We went twice this year, in May and September 2025, and joined lots of activities. Every day we did aquagym, aqua Zumba and aqua dance. Sally is the best animator ever, thank you! The Moulin Rouge musical was so much fun too. We ate at Sant'Andrea and Vecchio, both very good. The Gelateria doesn't have a huge variety of ice cream, but every kind we tried was really good. We also love the train that goes between the upper and lower levels. The upper-level pools are our favourite: the lagoons, slides, pools and cascade are so much fun, the best place for kids. We visited nearby cities and places, including Florence, Sienna and Vinci. It's quite central and easy to get around. The accommodations aren't luxurious, but they're on the bigger side and have everything you need. We stayed with our small dog, who was welcome, and there's a small dog beach too. We'll definitely come again, thank you!
