Great staff and apartments that are clean and practical, with some of the best views around. There's a washing machine and clothes dryer downstairs, plus basement parking. The train and bus stations are right outside, and coffee bars and a supermarket are within walking distance. The town center is just a short walk away. Everything you need is here.

I am Deglia, Italian Belgian, and I highly recommend the accommodation and the staff at SARA AGENCY, especially LUCIA AND SUAN WOMEN. They were kind and professional in every way. I stayed briefly for family reasons with a person with a disability, and the two-room apartment suited my needs well. I'm grateful for their availability.

At about €75 per night, this is good value for a touristy area, and I'd consider it for several days nearby. The apartment is small but adequate: a roomy living room with balcony, a somewhat narrow kitchen, and two bedrooms with two beds and two tables apiece. One bedroom is larger and has two extra wardrobes (3 and 5). The location is a strong point. The train and bus stations are right outside, and the town square and nearest supermarket are a three-minute walk away. There's Wi-Fi on every floor, a garage, and security cameras throughout. The landlady was easy to reach, attentive, and concerned about sorting out problems. The blinds were automatic, which was a small convenience. Wi-Fi was a real problem in our apartment, which was on the side opposite the repeaters. In one bedroom there was no signal at all, and elsewhere it kept dropping. I needed internet, so I had to spend €25 on data. There's no microwave, only a ceramic hob and a fridge. We had very little cutlery: three glasses and only four or five forks and spoons. Luckily there were only three of us, and I'm sure the landlady would have given us more if we'd asked. None of the pans we had worked on the hob, so we cooked in a pressure cooker for several days. When we told her, she immediately brought us a couple of pans that did work, though they were dented. For cleaning, we only had a broom, dustpan, and mopping bucket, but no mop. Passing trains and their horns were a bit annoying, though they hardly ever came through at night and never woke me. Downstairs on level -1 there's a garage and a small laundry room with two washing machines, a dryer, and a laundry area open from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM. There are a few minor flaws, but they're easy to fix.

Supermarkets are nearby, and the apartments sit right by the train station in Figline Valdarno. The chairs and table felt a little unstable, and there wasn't much kitchen equipment.

Handy and comfortable residence, close to both the train station and the bus stop.
