La Torre Medioevale

It was easy to arrange an early or late check-in with the really nice owners, and there was a private place to park the car. The room felt romantic and relaxing, just right for a couple. Breakfast could be better, perhaps with ham, cheese, and a few local products to enjoy outside in that lovely spot. Thanks for everything.

We booked at the last minute for a business trip and were pleasantly surprised. The old building has been renovated with lovely taste, and the stay was really comfortable. There's a fridge, Wi-Fi, and some breakfast snacks with coffee and tea for guests. The room had underfloor heating and air conditioning, and the owner was so kind. Their two dogs were lovely too. A couple of small things could be improved: the toilet paper could be better quality, and the bath could have been cleaned more carefully. Still, my husband and I had a great two nights and enjoyed it a lot. Thank you.

We liked the place so much that we added another night to our road trip stop. The tower and courtyard have a wonderful medieval feel, almost like stepping back in time. Our room was in the tower's lower cellar, where it stayed pleasantly cool in the hot summer weather, with air conditioning available if needed. The brick ceiling and the old wood and stone gave the room so much character. The thoughtful decor kept the rustic, historic feel while including modern amenities, and everything was very clean and comfortable. Having coffee and breakfast in the room was lovely, too. It made for a peaceful, romantic stay. There are two rivers, historic towns, castles, vineyards, and more to see nearby. We've traveled internationally quite a bit, and this is one of our five best stays. Very special and memorable. We'd definitely come back if we're in the area.

We only stayed one night while passing through Italy, but I'd book here again. The hotel has been newly renovated with lots of attention to detail. Breakfast is served in the room, which gives the place more of an Airbnb feel and offers some privacy. They were expecting their new restaurant to open in September.
