Milena had everything ready so we could just enjoy ourselves, and she was a great hostess. The house is excellent and fully equipped. It’s a wonderful place to connect with nature, take in beautiful scenery, or go mountain biking. There’s so much you can do here.

We loved the hospitality and the lovely country house. The kids especially enjoyed the trips they organize to the Caves or the Waterfalls, and I’d really recommend them.

The dog beach affiliated with the apartment was excellent and really convenient for traveling with a dog. My boyfriend, our dog, and I had a great stay in Montesilvano. The apartment was spacious and clean, with thoughtful details like a big comfortable pillow and bowls already set out for our dog. We had one small hiccup, but Milena sorted it out right away. She was kind, very helpful, and ready to assist with anything. We’d absolutely recommend staying here and hope to come back. Thanks for everything, Milena!

Our three dogs had a wonderful time running and playing in the olive grove every day, and the house was perfect for them as well as for us. It was warm, spacious, welcoming, and in excellent condition. We felt right at home during our four days there, from February 13, 2026, to February 17, 2026. Mrs. Milena and her husband were always helpful and gave us valuable tips on what to visit each day. It’s a wonderful property just steps from the sea and mountains. We’ll be back soon. Highly recommended!

A real marvel. The house is very large and comfortable, and the olive grove is securely fenced, which is perfect even on the hottest days. It’s only 30 minutes from the sea and the most beautiful trails.
