We spent one night here with our one-year-old son and had a lovely stay. The apartment is right in the heart of Filottrano, a beautiful village on the Conero Riviera. It was clean, nicely furnished, and had all the comforts we needed, along with a well-stocked library and lots of travel tips. Sofia was welcoming and helpful, sorted out any issues, and pointed us toward places to eat that turned out to be excellent. Highly recommended!

Davide and Sofia made us feel at home right away. They were so helpful and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. You can see the care they put into the house, every little detail, and the services they offer. Heart by Filo really comes from the heart. The best way to understand and appreciate this B&B is to stay there. I'll happily return, and highly recommend it.

We keep coming back to this apartment whenever we're in Filottrano, and it's become our favorite place to stay. It's very clean and has all the comforts you could want. Close to the center, too. Sofia is genuinely hospitable and always helpful.

Filottrano itself is charming and peaceful, and the apartment was lovely and clean. We stayed three nights as a couple. The owner was kind and friendly, and gave us some useful suggestions for places to eat.

We only had two nights, but we got off to a good start. The apartment is right in the town center, cute, and set up with everything needed for a stay. Sofia was attentive and suggested several places to visit and eat. We'll be back for sure!
