Finding a parking spot, paid or free, was almost impossible. We had to keep driving around and be very patient. The apartment itself is small for four adults, and the sofa bed in the living room and kitchenette was uncomfortable. The kitchen wasn't especially clean, though cleanliness elsewhere was adequate, and the air conditioning was excellent. The two balconies are tiny, almost not there. The building entrance is dirty, unattractive, and unwelcoming. The best part is the apartment's location on the third floor in Varigotti.

The concierge was courteous and helpful, and dogs are welcome. This residential building sits at the entrance to Varigotti and has 22 apartments in different sizes with different bed capacities. The furnishings are basic and a little dated; some apartments have one or two small balconies. You can use the stairs or a small elevator. There are no private parking spaces, so you'll need to find parking nearby, which isn't always easy.

Antonello, the caretaker, is really friendly and kind. The place is nice and clean, and the pier is just a five-minute walk away. If you need anything, the service is quick and hassle-free.

The staff were friendly, but it costs way too much for the small stretch of beach left after the storm swept away three quarters of it.
