The hostess was friendly and helpful, and the family room was clean. Its terrace with a spectacular sea view was worth 1,000 points. We stayed for three days and didn’t cook, but the kitchen is basic, with two electric burners. The mattresses weren’t the most comfortable, and the stairs are quite steep. It was fine for us, two adults and two teenagers, though they could be dangerous with children. The location is excellent.

The only real plus was the very central location. The room was tiny, with an even smaller bathroom, and hot water struggled to come through despite a notice about it in the room. The value for money was very poor, in my opinion. We were there with two small children, one 2 years old and the other a few months old, and the stairs were a challenge. The space was limited, but the carrycot with the baby fit easily. Still, the stairs could be a problem for the children, and even for us, despite having no leg issues. We called the lady, who only answers remotely, and she said, “There are photos on the websites.” The photos don’t really show what the stairs are like.
