Central heating wasn’t available during the day, and nearby parking cost 30 Euro extra, payable in cash. That parking charge wasn’t mentioned on booking.com. Breakfast included fresh fruits. The price was 245 Euro / 2 Pers. / 1 night, which would have seemed reasonable if the hotel had actually been directly at the beach as promised on booking.com. It’s close to the beach, but not “at the beach” or “direkt am Strand.” The main booking.com photo with a sea view shows the way to the beach, not the hotel.

Dinner was just so-so, with alright food, small portions, and prices that felt a bit high. Some of the staff seemed extremely unmotivated. I paid around 140 EUR, and one guy just walked away without saying a word, not even thank you. That’s no good, the staff need better training. The aperitivo was really good, though. We had Negroni and Aperol, plus nice tapas for 10 eur per person.

A small beer was 10 eur, which says a lot. Drinks automatically come with a plate of tapas, without asking if you want it. What if you’re not hungry, vegan, or don’t like what’s on the plate? They should charge a reasonable price for drinks and let people choose whether to pay extra for something to munch on. The service doesn’t match the menu prices. It’s an interesting business model, but I felt scammed. 😅

The waiters are polite, and I’d recommend stopping by for a drink. There are several kinds of spritz on the menu, made with fresh fruit and fruit liquors, along with the classic one. Prices are medium-high and the wait was a little too long.

Dinner was amazing, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The beach nearby is really nice too. I had such a great time here! I do wish checkout were later than 10, but next time I guess I’ll stay longer so it’s not such a big deal.
