Hotel Punta Est

The staff were wonderful, especially the receptionists who helped us rebook our return trip after EasyJet canceled. The hotel punta s is beautiful, set in a historic location, and very well placed. We loved every part of the hotel and Finale!

The food made a real impression on us. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all consistently excellent, so we hardly felt like dining elsewhere. The café and restaurant are lovely places to sit, with flowers and views of the sea. The pool was lovely too, and the whole place has that relaxed, classic Italian Riviera feel, with effortless elegance. Staff were warm, attentive, and very professional, and the other guests were calm and respectful. Hotel Punto Est sits beside a castle overlooking the sea, with breathtaking views that made us feel somewhere special from the moment we arrived. It’s listed as a four-star hotel, but the experience felt like five stars to us. Hopefully it gets that fifth star officially soon, because it deserves it.

The room layout was the one issue for our family of four. The kids' small room had a door, but the adults' room didn't, so we had no privacy. We would have liked to spend some time together after dinner as parents on vacation. Apart from that, the atmosphere was fantastic, the views and food were amazing, and the service and staff were great. A very nice hotel and worth the higher price.

The family suite in the hotel's old section had connecting rooms with a small entrance between them, plus a huge terrace overlooking the Mediterranean and the terrace below. The bathroom was a little small, but we barely minded with such a beautiful hotel and grounds full of flowers. The views over the Mediterranean were among the best I've ever seen, and the food and service were beyond our expectations. From my first email through checkout, the Front Desk was always helpful and ready to answer questions. I felt like I was on my honeymoon. Don't miss breakfast. The hotel is an easy walk from the charming, fun little town of Finale Ligure, with its lively square, plenty of restaurants, good shopping, and one of the most beautiful churches I've ever been in. The beaches are right below the hotel, with beach clubs where you can rent a chair and relax in the shade by the sea. For me, this is the most amazing and beautiful hotel in Finale Ligure. I highly recommend it!
