The garage is large and spacious, included in the rental price, and especially handy in Finale Ligure when you have children. Shops and services are just a short walk away, and you can reach both public and private beaches through an underpass. We’d consider staying here again for a future vacation in Finale. We rented a studio from August 24th to August 31st, with two adults and a 9-year-old girl. The apartment was spotless, tidy, and had everything we needed. We suggest the owners leave some clothes pegs for laundry and a small welcome kit with a sponge and dish soap. The price was reasonable for the season and apartment type. We really liked the balcony facing the mountains, where we had both lunch and dinner. Given that it was summer and the days were beautiful, I found the location more than quiet.

This was our second year choosing this residence, but this time the stay was disappointing. Ants had invaded the apartment, apparently coming from a plant on the terrace. When we arrived, the shower had no pressure and wouldn’t hold a temperature, switching suddenly from icy cold to hot. We told the woman at reception, and she sent us to shower in the apartment next door for three days while we waited for the plumber. He came the next day at 6 PM with the replacement part. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable as well. Taken together, these problems made the asking price feel incredibly high for this kind of accommodation. I don’t think we’ll return.

The rent is very high for what this place offers. The furniture is dated, the kitchen taps are always broken, and even the balcony awning doesn’t work properly. The elderly woman at reception was rude and seems to think she’s quite a character. I don’t recommend this place for a holiday.

The balcony had a fantastic sea view, though the location made it a bit noisy. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Inside, the modern apartment was well maintained and in perfect order, with appliances that all worked properly. We needed the washing machine with a small child, so that was useful.
