Watching the sunrise from our good-sized sea-view balcony was such a lovely way to wake up. The hotel was so clean, the staff were friendly, breakfast was included and had plenty of delicious options, and the pool area was beautiful. We’d happily stay here again. You can walk from the port with carry-on luggage, but the hotel also offers transport. Call and tell them when your ferry arrives. We hadn’t known about it, and it’s definitely worth taking advantage of.

The price was good value, and breakfast was European style, with fresh coffee and danishes. The elevator worked, and my room was clean, though a bit warm. I couldn’t tell if there was air conditioning. The front desk staff didn’t speak English, but that was okay. I was here one night while in transit. It’s about 7-8 km off the road and tricky to find at night, on a hill. Look for reception down below on the right at ground level. There’s a bar behind the hotel, so it wasn’t quiet and I shut the window. There’s also a restaurant on site, but I didn’t eat there, so I can’t comment on it.

We came for a meal with my partner and friends, and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating that we all felt at ease. The food was lovely, and the restaurant was clean and stylish. A very nice restaurant, I’d recommend it to anyone. Thank you, Santa Caterina.

The hotel and its facilities were outstanding. Our first room was downstairs in the rock and smelled damp, but they moved us to another room. The gym could use an upgrade.
