I've never felt so unwelcome. The owner barely greeted us, scowled, and nearly tossed the keys at me and the rest of our group. The room was very clean, but the pillow was lumpy and the beds were small. There was no bathmat, which made the bathroom slippery. Dinner was odd and seemed to be thrown onto the table; the hospitality felt hostile. Breakfast was unpleasant too, with very poor-quality food served with a snarl.

The rooms smelled musty and damp, the carpet was sticky, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the pillows were awful. The owners' attitude was rude. Breakfast was already laid out on our tables: a long-life croissant, jam, and one slice of dry bread, plus curled, dried cheese and smelly ham. There was no juice or water, the tea was stewed, and the coffee was disgusting. The food was disgusting too: meat of unknown origin, tinned peas and carrots, and lettuce covered with melted butter. Meanwhile, the owners sat in the same room eating lasagne, mussels, pasta, salads, bread, and salmon with a big bowl of fruit. This was a Leger Luxuria tour. Not recommended.

I was there from 28.12-01.01, and the hotel was awful. They didn't turn on the heat during those five days, so it was cold all day. The food was awful too, and the room stank. One star is more than enough.
