Albergo Ristorante K2

I'm pregnant and can't eat gluten, so my partner and I just wanted a quick, simple meal. They told us they were fully booked, though every table except one was free, and that last table was apparently the only option for gluten-free food. This is the second time this has happened to me. If you also run a restaurant, you need to be ready for guests who aren't staying at your hotel. I can't reply directly to your comment, so I'm answering here. I said this was the second time, and the first time I called two days ahead. I got the same answer: fully booked. You can accept criticism. My review won't stop you working, unless you're worried. 🙂

The gluten-free food was excellent, and my daughter was thrilled to try all the homemade desserts. The staff were consistently kind, polite, and helpful, though the atmosphere felt impersonal. Our room was modern and spacious, with a 14" TV, and the bathroom looked very modern too, but only had a showerhead and no bidet, which was awkward. The biggest problem was the water pressure on the third floor. It was very weak, often stopped working toward evening, and when it did run, it was cold. We waited and followed the staff's suggestion to turn off the bidet shower, but that barely helped. I expected more from the hotel, though the stay was still fine despite the problems.

I was browsing places to eat because I hadn't decided on dinner, and this restaurant caught my eye straight away. The menu is small but enjoyable, the food was really good, and service was good as well. The setting is nice too. Worth a try.

Such a lovely place, beautifully kept and clean, from the rooms to the rest of the property. The staff were friendly the whole time. Can't wait to come back, highly recommend ✨
