Hotel L'Ultimo Mulino

A charming little countryside spot, with two small streams around it and an old working mill turned into a Bed & Breakfast and wedding venue. The staff are wonderful too. Definitely recommend!

We got married here five years ago and fell for the place as soon as we saw the website photos. Coming back after all this time, we found it still didn't disappoint. The meals were absolutely delicious, and the staff were very professional. Highly recommended.

We spent six nights here, and the disappointment started on the first one. The service and attention were good, but in my view the hotel doesn't deserve its four stars. Our room was small and ordinary, and the bathtub was broken, so every shower left part of the bathroom flooded. There was no Wi-Fi in our room and no phone coverage at all, which left us practically cut off. When we asked to change rooms, we were told Wi-Fi only reached the top floor, where the rooms were worse. At these prices, a four-star hotel shouldn't make you choose between a decent room and internet access. There isn't much else to do at the hotel either. The pool might make a summer visit more worthwhile, but once the hot weather is gone, there's no entertainment. You can't take a walk nearby or walk to a bar for a drink, so you're completely reliant on your car. For the same price, better hotels in better locations are available.

Really cozy, and the sound of water flowing outside makes it feel like you're in the countryside. The food was SUPER and the staff AWESOME. Don't expect much modernization beyond the Wi-Fi, lol. Everything else was great, except the walls are thin.
