Rosario was friendly, helpful, and attentive to all my needs, and the house was very welcoming. The location is great for tourist trips, just a few kilometers from Taormina, Giardini Naxos, and Catania. There’s a convenient Lidl 100 meters away, and Fiumefreddo train station is handy if you’re traveling by train. Beautiful place and nice people. I plan to return soon and recommend it to any kind of tourist.

Coming back from our outings each day, my partner and I felt right at home at Masciara Home. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, with a new, carefully furnished interior. The owner was attentive to every detail, always available and punctual. Breakfasts were generous, too. It’s right by the Catania-Mese highway, at the Fiumefreddo exit, making it central for eastern Sicily destinations like Taormina, the Alcantara Gorges, and Mount Etna. I’m very pleased with our brief, enjoyable stay. Thanks so much, everything was excellent. We’ll definitely be back!

The terrace has a panoramic view of Mount Etna, already snow-capped, and the location is excellent, just 1 km from Fiume Freddo. It’s a charming place with all the comforts you could want in an apartment. The host was very kind and attentive. I’d recommend it even for a longer stay. I’ll be back soon.
