The room was what you'd expect for the price, and I have no complaints about it. It was clean, but the service was poor. The airport shuttle we were offered arrived 30 minutes late, so we ordered an Uber instead. I wouldn't recommend the shuttle.

Nothing fancy, but it does what it's meant to do. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and arranging transport to and from the airport was smooth. Check-in and checkout at irregular times went smoothly too. I'd absolutely recommend it if you need to sleep and rest for a few hours before or between flights.

The front desk staff were friendly and the place seemed clean, but I couldn't wait to leave. The room had an overpowering fragrance that was hard to tolerate, and the flight noise was pretty loud. It felt more like a motel in the US. The airport shuttle costs €10 per person, and booking it was confusing. WhatsApp contact is available only from 5-10 pm. Luckily, we arrived during those hours. I'm not sure how you'd arrange it outside that window.

Our airport transfer never arrived, and no one answered our messages or calls, so we had to pay for a very expensive taxi. The cleaning lady knocked on our door before checkout time too. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We were welcomed warmly and pleasantly, in a very Italian way, and the service was really good. The rooms were nice, clean, and had what we needed. Just be aware that planes may take off over the hotel every 30 seconds, though it was okay for us. It's a good place for a short stay, and I'd choose it again.
