The complimentary breakfast had a nice range of choices, and the staff were friendly and ready to help with requests. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, a good place to unwind after a long trip. Right across from the airport, this hotel is especially handy for a short stop, a next-day connection, or an early flight. I'd gladly stay again and recommend it to travelers passing through.

For 45 euro, I got three hours in the lounge and access to a shower, and I didn't feel rushed about using it or changing. The showers were clean, with shower gel, nice-smelling towels, and a vanity kit. The lounge itself was quiet and well arranged, with great WiFi, charging points everywhere, snacks and drinks, soup, and one main dish. You can't sleep there, though they can offer private room options if that's what you need. Thanks to the receptionist for great customer service, and to Kabibi for looking after the buffet and my table.

The team made a real difference during our stay. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and helpful, and they went out of their way to handle our requests. Hellosky Hotel in Rome Airport is only minutes from the airport, which made travel logistics easy. Our room was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully laid out for resting before or after a flight. Service was outstanding throughout, and we'd gladly stay again.

I'd come back when I'm passing through FCO. Sabri was especially courteous, bravo! I was treated really well, and the team seemed happy working together. For longer lounge visits when a room isn't needed, some more comfortable chairs, maybe massage chairs, would be welcome. Grazie!

The room was so quiet, and the interior design is a little masterpiece. We were given plenty of towels, plus a packet of useful travel things like slippers and toothpaste. In the large lounge, there was a broad choice of snacks and more filling food; we tried the prosciutto and loved it. Booking was easy, and check-in was efficient and gracious. The hotel is handy for the terminals and ground transport, including the train to and from Rome. We'll definitely return next time we fly through Fiumicino airport.
