Hilton Rome Airport Hotel

We stopped for lunch before our flight, and the food and service were both excellent. My dietary needs didn’t match anything on the menu exactly, so the chef made a custom dish for me, which turned out great. The dishes were flavorful, carefully presented, and made with ingredients that tasted high quality. Aleandro and Bilal were especially kind, attentive, and professional. We’d happily come back.

The walk from Terminal 3 was easy to follow, with clear directions and a bridge leading all the way to the hotel. Check-in was simple, and the staff were friendly. The lobby was spacious, clean, and newly renovated, with an artistic, almost museum-like look. There’s a pool, gym, computer area, vending machines, and more. I also liked the three detox water options by the lobby, very refreshing. Our room was spacious, clean, and newly renovated too. The bathroom had a bathtub-shower, and shampoo, conditioner, and soap were provided. Breakfast is served buffet-style from 6 to 10 AM, or you can request a room breakfast before 4 AM. City tax was 6 euros per person. The 75 euro deposit was automatically refunded the same day we checked out. 10/10, highly recommend.

The breakfast team really showed what warm, professional hospitality looks like. When I asked for gluten-free food, they brought it out within minutes. I also asked at the coffee station whether they had flavored coffee, and they went out of their way to find some for me even though that isn’t normally offered. Thanks to everyone on the morning shift on 26th of January, and to Adrian for checking in with each guest and making sure our coffee cups were full.

We spent two weeks in Tagliacozzo looking at properties and meeting local people, then had our final night at the Hilton. Dinner was delicious, and our server was wonderful. His name is Bilal from Afghanistan. He was such a delight, and I hope other guests ask for him too.
