The best thing for families with small children is the free beach, just a 3-5-minute walk away, and the baby items in the apartment, including a changing table and stroller. The hosts are welcoming and helpful, the apartment has everything you need, and it's good value. There are plenty of inexpensive restaurants nearby, plus two supermarkets less than 1 km away. The sea is very shallow, which is great with little kids but disappointing if you like to swim. There isn't a train service in the village, so you have to take a bus to the nearest station or to Rome. The airports are about 60-70 km away, and the hosts can arrange a free shuttle to the station or airport.

The owners are friendly, which is why I gave the place a 10, but those 10 reviews are definitely fake. The apartment has plenty of equipment, though it's run-down, with dirty old fixtures and dirty dishes. It's also noisy, with neighbors and people chatting in the adjacent building.

Sandro, who owns the apartments, was very kind and helpful. It's a peaceful spot with the sea only 80 meters away, and the water was warm. We recommend it for families with children.

You could stay a couple of days if you're willing to make do. The owner is very kind, but the place needs cleaning before anyone moves in, and the fixtures, floors, and beds all need replacing.
