The rooms have a lovely, understated style, and the food was delicious and served so warmly. Getting there on the access road takes some effort, but the place more than makes up for it. The setting and the view are incredible. We’ll be back!

Stefano & Stefania made us feel at home, shared useful tips for exploring, and put on a wonderful breakfast. We had it outside, with homemade cakes, bread/schiacciata, cold cuts, jams, and coffee, plenty for every taste. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom roomy. Outside, the marked trail passes by the house, and the garden is full of fragrant plants and brambles heavy with sweet blackberries. There’s a covered terrace with seats for relaxing, and on clear nights you can watch the stars. The property looks out over the village and Castello dell'Aquila. Relaxing among the scents, flavors, colors, and quiet of nature was just lovely. Thank you.

Our little studio felt like its own small home, with a kitchenette, a huge bathroom, and a double bed up on the mezzanine. It’s a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, with a view over the valley. The owners were so welcoming and kind. We’ll definitely return.

We loved the views across the Lucido and Athlete valleys, with Gragnola and Castello Dell'Aquila in sight too. The rooms have been renovated with real taste, and it’s a great place to unwind.
