I came back after five years and enjoyed my second stay just as much. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and I liked having the little terrace outside. Enrico is still the best host and really makes the visit better. There are good restaurants nearby, and the walk to the city centre takes about 15-20 minutes and is pleasant. I can’t recommend his B&B enough. Thanks for such a lovely stay. I’ll be back when I visit Florence again. Best wishes!

We spent five nights at Cimabue 9, and it felt like staying in a welcoming family home. Enrico’s father’s paintings around the property added a personal touch. Enrico was kind, knew the area well, and offered useful ideas for the days we weren’t sure what to do. He was easy to reach by phone or text, and even offered us rides, which was so thoughtful. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and private bathroom. The shared area had plates, cups, a wine opener, coffee, and other things to borrow for food or drinks in the room. Each morning we got breakfast vouchers to use at any of three nearby cafes, and all were excellent. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city centre, which we already knew before booking. I’d highly recommend this family-run place for a warm welcome to Florence.
