We’ve been in the house for a couple of weeks now and are so happy. Tamas even helped us register the bills for the new place. Buying a home can be stressful, but he guided us through the hurdles, prepared thoroughly, and answered questions day and night. I’ll always be grateful for what he did for our family. Tuscan Feeling does much more than show houses. They helped protect us from mistakes and from misunderstanding local restrictions, which can be complicated in Italy. From start to finish, Tamas was impressive, and they worked to get the best deal for me rather than one that suited the agency. I’m sure they put their customers first. This review is long overdue, but after reflecting on everything Tuscan Feeling and Tamas delivered, I can say their professionalism was of the highest standard. If you want to buy your dream house in Italy with guidance, protection, and peace of mind, I’d feel confident recommending them. Way above and beyond, 5*+ from me.

I wouldn’t recommend this agency for renting. I asked about one of their properties and got an unprofessional, rude response from multiple agents. The information about availability was unclear and inconsistent. I called repeatedly, left my number, and asked them to contact me, but got no return calls or emails. Rude and unprofessional.

Once we finalized the mandate, he quickly arranged a professionally staged photo shoot, improved the online marketing, and kept me updated throughout. He was clear, responsive, and proactive, which is rare and much appreciated in the Italian real estate market. He was also always available to answer questions and explain regulations I didn’t understand. If you’re looking for real professionalism, Tuscan Feeling is a rare find and I highly recommend them.
