We had agreed on an arrival time beforehand and were told someone would meet us at the apartment. Instead, we waited almost an hour by the locked entrance before asking strangers to call the Italian number. We were told they were busy with many orders and given a locker code for the keys. Once inside, there was no Wi-Fi code. We had to go to the Esselung store to get online and contact them for it. For that much money, the service was terrible. The apartment is also far from both the city center and the train station. Finding somewhere to buy bus tickets is difficult, and it’s better not to risk traveling without one.

We loved the apartment. It was lovely all around, with a beautiful kitchen, very clean rooms, and comfortable beds.

Being so near the football stadium is really cool. Cleanliness could be better, though. I’m sure they’ll improve it :)

It would’ve been nice to find at least one bottle of water in the fridge.
