T&F House

Free parking is available beneath the building, in a private courtyard behind a gate. The only drawback is that the apartment is on the second floor and there's no elevator. It's also just a two-minute walk to the bus stop for central Florence; the tram stop is two minutes away by car, with a large free parking area. The house is bright, spacious, spotless, and carefully looked after, just as lovely as it appears in the photos. The host was kind and cooperative, let us arrive early, and allowed us to park the car. She was especially generous with the children, leaving them toys and candy. I'd call it a perfect place.

We loved this distinctive holiday apartment. It was tidy and clean, had plenty of amenities, and private parking right in the courtyard. The bus stop is a three-minute walk away, with a direct ride to central Florence. Fantastic, highly recommended!

The apartment is bright, roomy, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you could need. The owner was warm and kind, and gave me lots of information about the city. Highly recommended.

Bus line 6 stops just 30 meters away, making this a handy base for both Florence and Prato. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. It was spotless, the mattresses were very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The owner, Gioia, was incredibly kind. I'm very happy with my stay. Thanks for everything, Gioia, and well done!
