The waitress was lovely and even wanted to split a portion for our kids. Then the chef, or whoever the grumpy person was, insisted the spaghetti with tomato sauce had to be ordered as a double portion. The portions are cheap, so that wasn't the issue, but the way the rule was presented could have been much friendlier. That person was among the rudest we met on our Sardinia trip. A completely forgettable place in a very nice town. At least the Halloween decorations deserve credit.

The wait for the bill was the worst part. It took an hour after we asked, and paying by card was uncertain because they seemed unable to use their card system. We had to walk across town to the only bank for cash. They charge 2€ per person for service, which is hard to accept with those problems around asking for and paying the bill. Service itself was passable. Food-wise, pasta is the best choice among the first courses, while the starters are just okay. Almost all the seafood is frozen, and the shrimp dishes had that obvious frozen taste. The meat mains were somewhat bland, and I skipped the seafood mains because the menu marked all that seafood as frozen. Desserts are from Carte D’Or, so they aren't made in-house. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were really nice, and the wine was good. The pasta with prawns, though, was very disappointing: just two prawns that tasted bad, possibly old, in a very average tomato sauce.

The staff were kind and very polite, and the food was excellent. A lovely place to eat if you're visiting.
