I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and country lodgings, but nowhere has felt as perfect as this place. Every part of it was amazing. I’d absolutely recommend experiencing it for yourself.

The arrival was pleasant: the staff were friendly and helped us with a late check-in, and the room had plenty of space. With our one-year-old, though, we found the bed much too low and not very comfortable. Ants were there from the start, even on the sheets. When we raised it, the cleaning lady verbally attacked us and stayed rude and unwelcoming for the rest of the week. Cleaning happened only twice under the unclear rules we signed at check-in, and both times it was very superficial. Breakfast was just packaged discount items and coffee from a machine. For the price and the way we were treated, I can’t recommend this place. It fell far short of the hospitality and professionalism Puglia should stand for.

If you like a peaceful setting, this is a great choice, though it won’t suit anyone who wants all the comforts nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, with new furnishings, big showers, and careful touches like heated towel rails and accessories. The place is technologically advanced, and there’s a generous self-service selection of sweet breakfast items. They even let us check in at midnight, which we appreciated. The price seems fair for what’s offered.

Tommaso really made the weekend special. He was friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout. The property is in a lovely quiet area, with private parking, and the rooms are charming, especially the suite. Its hot tub was one of the best, and the room had plenty of amenities, including a huge TV you can watch from the tub. Breakfast was plentiful, better than at many hotels. We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely return.
