I travel all over the world for work, and I've never encountered staff this rude. They didn't really help us find a taxi, which was apparently difficult in that awful city, so we had to sort it out ourselves. We were also told to check whether we'd been given the double room we booked and come back downstairs if it wasn't right. The night staff then literally said, "you are late, now you have to queue before I register your ID." That was only because the afternoon staff had refused to fill out the form, which takes about a minute to complete and check. When we asked to buy a bottle of water, they told us to use the vending machines. We had no coins and asked if they could change a note. They said no, so we got no water. Breakfast was very poor too. Awful staff. Don't go there.

The hotel looked nice, but it was dirty, and they used tablecloths instead of towels. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had. When I came in from outside and asked for change for my car, they just said no without even trying to help. A disaster.

The rooms are small, and parking is on the road. Breakfast had no spread. Still, the place was clean, the staff friendly, and the location convenient.
