We had a spacious quadruple room with high ceilings and good ventilation, so it was comfortable and good value. The historic building has great rooms and facilities, and Palazzo Sant'Elena was the most pleasant stay of our trip. Breakfast had lots of good choices, with excellent croissants and delicious bruschettas. The reception staff were very kind. One team member, whose name I can’t remember, gave me helpful directions to the Grand Apulia shopping center and was friendly and professional. Grazie Mille (: The hotel is right by local shops and about a 10-minute walk from the station. There’s also an independent restaurant on the ground floor that’s well worth a visit. The food was excellent and fairly priced. We had fish and local polenta with regional wine, and the service was quick and efficient. We initially went to the entrance with the ramp to the restaurant because there wasn’t a sign pointing out reception. A man told us reception was 50 meters ahead. I’d definitely recommend staying at Hotel Santa'Elena!

The rooms were clean and well equipped, with good AC, Sky TV, and a strong shower, and the hotel was peaceful. Breakfast could have had more choice, and I’d have liked a later checkout. Still, for a hotel this size, it was perfectly reasonable.

The restaurant food was fantastic, and having our own space in a private courtyard for parking was awesome. The hotel was a diamond compared with the rest of the city, and it was excellent and very clean. I don’t know why it isn’t rated higher.

Right in the center of Foggia, with really clean rooms and great service. The receptionists were so friendly and helpful. We’d love to come back :)
