The mother and daughter were very kind, and the room was clean, but it felt sad, with old, very cheap furnishings and no TV. There was no soap in the bathroom, just small towels and no bath sheet. It had no bidet, and even the old toilet brush had a broken handle. Breakfast was bread, butter, and homemade jam, which was good, but there were no fresh croissants, cakes, or fruit. The price was about €10 less per person than elsewhere, but I still felt I paid too much for what I got. I won’t return.

The room was clean and the staff friendly, which is why I’m giving it one star. The furnishings looked from the 1950s and the floor was linoleum. In the tiny bathroom, the shower, toilet, and sink were all crammed together. There was only a small bar of soap, no hair dryer, and the shower towels were skimpy. There was no window or vent.

I had to give it a star to submit this, but I wouldn’t give it one otherwise. Absolutely not recommended, don’t set foot there. I’d rather spend a night at the Overlook Hotel with Jack Torrance.

Unthinkable. The room was tiny, the bathroom unusable, and the linens were shameful, like rags. Furnishings were old and run-down, and breakfast was ridiculous, all for an absurd price. Stay away. Folgaria has beautiful places to stay for the same price.
