I was really disappointed. The restaurant service was very bad throughout our stay. On the first night, we ordered wine but couldn’t get another bottle because they only had one. The next evening the curly-haired waiter forgot the bottle we’d ordered. On night three, we were served a different main course from the one we chose, and on the fourth night our dessert was forgotten. Breakfast starts at 8:00, but before 8:30 there was no ham, cheese or eggs, so the choices were cornflakes, sweet yoghurt or cakes. You couldn’t order an egg dish other than scrambled eggs, which were left on a cold pan. I’m still waiting for an invoice for the whole stay. This was my third time contacting the hotel about it, and I still haven’t received one. They aren’t answering my calls now. If you aren’t Italian, I’d look for another hotel. This could be a huge disappointment.

We checked out on 01 of februry 2020, and we still haven’t received an invoice for our company. We had to pay more in local taxes than we expected when booking, around 25 euro per room, since that tax wasn’t included in the price. After all that, you feel cheated. This was our third visit, and after a whole week here, it’ll be our last. The restaurant waiter gave the worst service I’ve ever seen, barely understanding basic English. He forgot our wine and desserts and got orders wrong. Breakfast was poor too, with low-quality food and no cheese or ham for the first 45 minutes. Better find somewhere else to stay.

This place doesn’t look like a four-star hotel to me. It looks more like a two- or three-star hotel from the early 90s. The food isn’t good, and the bar is often empty because the bartender, the owner’s son, goes out to smoke. Then you can be waiting 30' for another drink. I had the same bad experience others described at POST HOTEL in FOLGARIA, including one of the worst waiters. We’ve contacted the owners three times about a formal invoice. Each time they said it would arrive right away, but we still don’t have it. That’s a huge disappointment and creates a lot of problems if you have a company and need to settle taxes with the government. We’re now trying to find out how to get the hotel to provide this basic document.
