The food was atrocious. I wouldn’t eat it if it were the last thing on earth. The chicken was pink and undercooked, and the other meat and fish looked like a death wish. The mashed potatoes looked like nursing home food that had been spat back up. The portions weren’t even big enough to keep me alive. The desserts were supermarket cup desserts, and the bread rolls, also bought at the supermarket, were put out for breakfast the night before at dinner. People left feeling nauseous and throwing up as they tried to go about their day. On top of that, hospitality was horrible and rude, and staff were ignorant and rude when challenged. Luggage and personal things were looked through and taken. Rooms weren’t properly cleaned, with items left behind by previous guests. The thought of dinner made me ill when I knew I had to eat it. The website photos were very different from what I arrived to, and misleading. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone trying to stay healthy, physically or mentally. I was lucky I didn’t sue. I want my money back.

The hotel had noisy guests, and they didn’t provide enough pillows or towels for my stay. The hand soap was in the shower while the body wash was by the sink. I didn’t enjoy the food, and was disappointed overall. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The food was amazing, and they were really understanding about my being vegetarian. The rooms were too small, though, and there was nowhere to keep your bags. Thanks. By Seán Murphy.

My room was clean, but there was no heat. I was on a bus tour, so I can’t comment on the food. It’s a very quiet town, and the staff were friendly and spoke Italian and English.
