Dinner was a three-course menu, with three or four dishes to choose from for each course. The hotel is within walking distance of a minimarket and near the lift station, and a hotel skibus runs continuously too. Our rooms were clean and had a compact balcony overlooking the mountains and valley. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Dining with our five-year-old isn't always easy, but they took special care of us. Really great service, and I'd highly recommend it.

The piste is just a few minutes away on foot, with a short ski down to one of Folgarida's two main Gondola lifts. It was manageable even with small children, and the hotel minibus ran continuously to and from the lifts. We were two adults and two children, and had spacious rooms with lovely views. The beds were super comfortable, the bedding crisp, and the pillow menu was a nice bonus. We all enjoyed the food, especially the selection of snacks after skiing. A lovely family hotel where we felt really looked after. We'd definitely return.

The spa was included in the price, and the location was great for what we paid. The staff were super nice too. Our only real complaint was the tiny shower, which felt cramped for us as tall, bigger people.

The hotel was clean and tidy throughout, with friendly staff and transport arranged to take guests to the gondola for the ski resort. Driving there from Verona airport was easy, about 165 km. A great spot to rest and relax. Would I go back? Definitely.

There was plenty organized, including events and outdoor activities, so we never felt bored. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, and we had a marvelous holiday in this cozy, charming hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the food and wine were excellent. Our room was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The spa is small but convenient, though I wish it opened in the morning too. Michele's massages were masterful. A big thank you and BRAVISSIMO to everyone!
