We had a baby with us, so the kids' playroom was a real plus. The room I picked in a rush wasn't very big, but it had everything we needed. We were welcomed with snacks and a drink on the terrace when we arrived. The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was nice, though the buffet didn't have a huge range; you could order dishes, and breakfast was great. After a day in the mountains, the spa was just what we wanted: a few saunas, a jacuzzi pool and a larger swimming pool. You need to book a time slot ahead so it doesn't get crowded. I'd suggest it for a family stay.

After two nights, we were surprised by extra charges at checkout that we hadn't been told about. When we tried to get an explanation, management and reception threatened to call the police, and we ended up having to pay. The experience and the way we were treated were awful. Don't ruin your vacation by staying here.

The bar staff were amazing, and everyone else was very friendly too. I'd recommend it if you enjoy skiing and relaxing.

We keep coming back because the welcome and service make this feel like a second home. The rooms are lovely, the food is great, and breakfast has improved over the years. There's also a very pleasant spa. Andreas is the cherry on top, with service and attention to detail that are second to none.

A perfect base for skiing in Val Di Sole, with marvelous food. The rooms are on the small side, but that didn't matter much to me.
