Neve Sole Folgarida Resort Aparthotel

We've been coming back to neve sole for a second year, and will definitely return next year. The friendly, kind staff are a real strength, and the hotel manager is always available to help guests have a perfect stay. It's a good fit for families and couples who love skiing. The hotel runs a shuttle to the folgarida slopes for 1.50 per adult, return included. If you ski, you can also reach the slopes directly from the hotel.

Ski-in, ski-out access is the only real plus, although there are no restaurants or shops nearby. The rest was a really bad experience, and I'll never come back. The place is dirty and old, from the bedding to the kitchen area, and needs a major update. There's no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the common-area connection is only available until 20h. The ski room is left wide open with no locks, and skis went missing, so we had to keep our gear in the apartment. Parking spaces are small. The spa is a joke, just a sauna and a small jacuzzi with dirty water. Common-area use costs extra, and so does the sauna, which is also a mandatory charge for all guests. I'm not sure what else they charge for.

The location is good, but the apartment is missing some basic kitchen items and is poorly equipped. Cleanliness could be better, especially the visibly dirty covers on the bed and sofa. The walls are thin, so don't expect much peace and quiet.

We stayed in the 7 pers appartement, with two roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds and sofa beds were fine, and the heated ski storage meant our ski shoes were warm in the morning. Staff were friendly and ready to help. The kitchen was very small and short on utensils, which is the one thing I'd improve. The location, right by the slopes, was great.
