The garden views from the bedroom and breakfast living room were lovely, and the road beside the house was quiet enough that we slept with the window partly open without being disturbed. The hedge also gave us enough privacy. We were there with my son for a competition, and Mrs. Alice greeted us warmly and adjusted breakfast time to suit us. The B&B "Tre conigli sul comò" was spotless, including the linens, corners, and bathroom. Parking on site was handy. There's no air conditioning, just a small fan, which might not be enough in hot weather. We were lucky that rain in the afternoon left the temperature comfortable. Breakfast was generous, all packaged but branded and top quality, with snacks, toast, biscuits, milk, coffee capsules to make there, jam, butter, and Nutella. We had a great stay and I recommend it.

Alice made my trip to Italy such a lovely experience. I felt comfortable and at peace in her home. It was always clean, the bed was large and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Alice was so kind and helpful throughout. Thank you for everything!

We were there with the family for a pre-Christmas weekend, and the atmosphere was enchanting. We explored Foligno's lovely historic center, then visited Rasiglia, Bevagna, Spoleto, and Perugia. The B&B is in a strategic spot in Foligno. The hosts were very kind, and their advice was worth following. We're grateful for everything and hope to see them again soon!
