Helpful staff made the stay even more enjoyable, and the stylish rooms are beautiful. The hotel is quite central, near shops, bars, and restaurants, but far enough away that noise wasn’t an issue. I’d recommend staying here.

The rooms were clean, modern, and beautifully decorated, and the service was excellent. The staff even suggested places to eat and booked them for us. It’s a slick, modern luxury hotel that was easy to find and park at. Breakfast was okay, though the bread was very stale one day and fresh the next, so it seems to depend on luck. I’d stay again.

I’ve traveled a lot and been through many hotels over the past three weeks, and this was one of the worst. The staff were very rude. At check-in they refused to speak English despite being fluent, and the first room they showed us had a broken door and AC. After we explained that the door needed to lock, they moved us to another room, but its AC was broken too. They were disrespectful after we accidentally bumped into the lamp, and made us feel unwelcome and unsafe. When we asked to speak to the hotel manager, we were told the manager didn’t have time for us. The midnight staff were also unhelpful and impolite when we asked about the broken AC. The room was very hot and full of flies. At checkout, nobody was at the desk, only the cleaning lady.
