Welcome B&B

The apartment was very clean, with three bedrooms, shared bathrooms, and a shared kitchen. Its central spot in Foligno is a real plus, and paid blue-line parking was easy to find. The value is great. Breakfast was a bit limited and could be better, and the towels seemed dated.

I had a great stay while in town for a competition, and the cleanliness was spotless. The B&B is near the center, with the station, the barracks on Via Gonzaga, a supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants all close by. Breakfast had a good range of choices, and the owner was friendly and available if anything came up. I'd pick it again on another trip to Foligno.

The location was the only good part. Check-in was delayed because the keys the housekeeper had left were missing from the mailbox when I arrived. Later, the same happened to another guest, so I had to let them in and share my keys. My room was in awful shape, with filthy walls, worn-out old furniture, and things that barely worked. The owner's lack of consideration made it worse. I needed the original receipt to claim a work travel refund, but after a very slow reply, the owner sent only a digital photocopy, which meant I couldn't request the refund. The price was pretty high too, enough that I could have stayed at one of the lovely hotels nearby. I want to forget both the place and the experience.

The owner was kind and helpful, and the place was clean and had everything I needed. It was also handy for visiting the lovely nearby villages. I felt at home enough to extend my stay by a day. Great value, and I'd happily come back. Highly recommend it.
