The rooms were clean, and we enjoyed the food. The owner and staff were kind from the moment we arrived, always ready to help with requests or suggest places to visit nearby. We spent a pleasant week here, with a location that worked well for the beach, town walks, and trips to towns near Follonica. My wife had stayed at this hotel twenty years ago and remembered the same good points, so it was nice to come back. We'd gladly visit again if we get the chance. Highly recommended!

Let's be honest, there are too many issues with the rooms and the price. The beds were uncomfortable, there was a musty smell, and damp marks had been painted over. Everything feels too shabby for the rate and category. The staff are kind and clearly put care into their work, but the rest needs rethinking. Breakfast should offer choices for different dietary needs and label them. We found empty water bottles and no options to choose from. The sea and amenities are just a short walk away, but there is no parking.

The owners were helpful and kind, and the place was clean and welcoming. We actually had a great time, though I was a bit unsure at first. Just don't come with high expectations. I'm still not sure about the food.

The food was varied and tasty, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. It's a clean, welcoming family hotel, conveniently placed for both the beach and the city center.

The staff are really friendly, and the beach and city center are very close. But I'd rethink calling the breakfast a "buffet," and the rooms feel dated, maybe too dated.
