Holiday Home Arzilli

We've been coming here for summer holidays for years. It's peaceful and welcoming, and works perfectly for a beach trip with small children. The beach is only 50 meters from the house, so it's easy to go back and forth. The house stays cool and is clean. Luciana is always helpful and smiling. It feels like our beach house now!

We had 5 very peaceful, relaxing nights in a clean, modern, well-equipped apartment. The garden was lovely, tidy, and useful for relaxing. What we liked most was being so close to the sea. The services were excellent, and Mrs. Arzilli was incredibly kind, friendly, and always available. Many thanks to her again.

Blue Sky was well looked after down to the smallest detail, with some really useful extras: a garden shower, a relaxation area, a small play area for children, and bicycles guests could use. Luciana was attentive and helpful, and very kind. Highly recommended.

The garden behind the house was a real treat, shady, private, and very well kept. We were allowed to use it, and it had an outdoor shower, bikes for rent, a clothes rack, and I think a grill too, handy if you've had enough fresh seafood and fancy a "Bistecca alla Fiorentina". The beach is about 50 meters away, with only the promenade between it and the house. It's clean, and even when busy we could find a spot. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. We stayed in the White & Black Apartment with 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 large dog. It wasn't big, but it was plenty for us. The air conditioning cooled it quickly, and the apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, enough closets, a TV, dining area, and free Wi-Fi. The beds were comfortable, fresh linens came weekly, and there was a washing machine in the garden. It was clean and well kept, especially the bathroom. We also enjoyed evening wine on the small terrace facing the street. Restaurants and small shops are an easy walk away, though dinner reservations are highly recommended. A bike or car is better for shopping. A very quiet electric "tram" passes the house and, for a small fee, you can take a circular trip or head into Follonica, hopping on and off. Ms. Luciana Arzilli made us feel welcome right away. She was always smiling, explained everything, and gave us tips. Before we arrived, we contacted her and she arranged for us to unload our luggage by her driveway. Parking can be tricky, but after a short search we always found a spot within a 100-meter radius. A real recommendation, maybe even an insider tip.
