The Sense Experience Resort Preferred hotels

The beach was lovely and clean, and the pine trees around the property gave welcome shade and a luxurious feel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and our room was new and fresh. For an active holiday, there’s a tennis court, fitness area, bikes, and paddle boards. We had a lovely weekend at The Sense. Breakfast offered plenty of healthy, delicious food, including freshly pressed juice. Everything was well organized and looked after, which made it easy to relax 😍

On this second visit, Soltan stood out as the person who completed the picture for us. Leaders like him are rare: calm under pressure, smart, highly professional, and aware of what’s happening without making a show of it. He supports the team where needed and brings balance to the whole operation. The best maîtres often go unnoticed because they’re busy making everything run smoothly behind the scenes. Soltan is one of those people. We also continued to love Ilaria’s work. She’s one of the strongest hospitality managers we’ve met, attentive, intelligent, organized, and always welcoming. Francesco deserves a lot of credit too. He’s present and smiling, always thinking about how to improve the resort and support the team, and you can feel the respect people have for him. Red Rabbit remains excellent, and the “Big 4” there are top level. Igor seems exactly right for his role, strict when needed, observant, professional, and fair. The breakfast buffet is still a highlight, with a wide fresh selection and a team that clearly cares. The housekeeping team does excellent work and takes pride in it. The gardens have become even more beautiful, and Stefano should be proud of what’s been made there. From arrival, the place feels a little like coming home, with familiar faces, welcoming valets, and a natural, unforced atmosphere. Luxury isn’t just marble, infinity pools, and expensive cocktails with rosemary floating around as if they had a university degree. What stays with you is the team behind the experience. There are still a few little things to improve, some paintwork, silicone, and finishing touches, but Rome wasn’t built in a day. Ann and I became fans on our first stay last year, and this visit convinced us even more that The Sense Resort is building something special.

We felt comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay at The Sense, thanks to the kind and professional team. Manuela deserves a heartfelt thank-you for her thoughtful help and attention to detail. She took care of every small request with such care. Elena’s radiant smile and relaxed, graceful manner also put us at ease right away. Our visit was memorable, and we look forward to coming back. The staff made it a delightful stay, and we highly recommend it.

The location is beautiful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I had a wonderful stay and really appreciated their warm hospitality. I’d suggest that management provide a dedicated shower and changing room for guests who want to enjoy the beach after checkout. At the moment, the only shower is by the pool, which gets quite crowded, especially with children, and isn’t convenient when you want to freshen up before leaving. Other 5-star seaside resorts commonly offer this, and having it here would improve the guest experience too.
