The rooms are roomy and modern, right in the center of Fondi. The owners were kind and tried to help, though they weren’t always there and couldn’t fix the problem. Low water pressure meant we couldn’t shower for two days, and, as the owner explained, it affected other uses too. The TV didn’t work either, though that mattered less.

The historic center was only a short walk away, and we had a great stay there last weekend with our two daughters. Our room was clean and comfortable, the owner was kind and helpful, and breakfast at a nearby café was excellent. We’ll definitely come back.

Just a few steps from the center, with a welcoming, friendly owner and a clean, comfortable place to stay. The price was excellent too. Highly recommended!

The villa is cared for inside and out, and the rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The owners are very kind. Highly recommended.

Fondi is such a picture-perfect town, and the accommodation was excellent. The owner is lovely and really looks after your well-being. Cross the street and go to Via Vai, Giani will look after you like you’re at home. And if you’re in Fondi, head out to the sea. It’s a great experience.
