La Terrazza

What a lovely place in Fondi. We fell for this apartment, which looks just like the photos. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower, toilet, and bidet, a kitchen-living room, two small balconies, and a huge terrace with an incredible view. Recently renovated, it feels fresh, clean, and stylish. The heating and air conditioning work very well and are easy to use. There's everything needed to cook and serve meals. I'd especially suggest eating out on the terrace at sunset with a glass of good Italian wine. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, oven, extractor hood, and large refrigerator. In the bathroom there's a washing machine, detergent, cleaning supplies, shampoo, soap, a hairdryer, an iron, and good water pressure. The owner can provide an ironing board if you ask. The bedrooms have comfortable beds, plenty of closets, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and hangers. There's also a good TV in the living room. It's on the 4th floor, and the building has no elevator. That could be a downside for some, though I liked the climb as a healthy person. With all that delicious Italian food, a bit of exercise makes sense, and being high up gives the terrace a lovely view over the city and mountains. We didn't hear outside noise at all during our stay, so the soundproofing seems excellent. I can confidently recommend this wonderful apartment in charming Fondi. Thank you!

The owners are so friendly.
